Emma, our wonderful HR Advisor in the South enjoyed a trip to the Wellgate Staff Holiday Home with her family;
‘We really packed a lot into the week starting off with the Sea Life Centre where Poppy met Mermaids! Followed by a trip to Castle Acre & Holkham hall where we went on the deer safi, a walk through the gardens & a cheeky pit stop at their food festival. We walked along Hunstanton beach (I’m not sure that there is a beach left with the amount of shells Poppy brought home with her) Crazy Golf, watched Battle of the Bands, found a few animals dotted around which were part of the Go Go Safari, went crazy at Bewilderwood where we did the Tree Top Mazes, crafting, boat rides & den building. We visited Holkham beach which is absolutely stunning! The sand was so soft and the water was so clear, Poppy also met some horses on the beach. We loved it so much we went back the following day and walked through the woodland where Poppy collected frogs and lady birds along the way. We did just shy of 20,000 steps a day!
