The Grafton has been transformed into 8 self-contained apartments. They have been adapted and designed to a high specification to provide the very best experience of independent living. Each apartment provides ample space for residents to live with the benefit of access to 24/7 care and support, making use of assistive technology.
Wellgate Supported Living is designed with the goals of promoting the independence of each resident to allow them to choose the life they wish to live. The apartment is decorated with pleasant colour schemes and a high quality fit out.
The Grafton is situated close to the town centre of Worksop, Nottinghamshire with access to all the necessary local amenities with walking distance to the train station and medical facilities. Worksop is a traditional market town, with close proximity to former Ducal estates as well as good transport links to Yorkshire and Sheffield.
