‘We had such a lovely time as the weather was beautiful for most of the week. We spent a couple of days at Brancaster Beach, this is a lovely sandy beach that is perfect for children, this is just 4 miles from the Tractor shed.
Just 1 mile from the property there is ‘Drove Orchards’ which has lots of fantastic shops and restaurants, an outdoor play area for children and an orchard full of 165+ kinds of apples and pears and lots of other seasonal fruits that you can pick for yourself. The farm shop sells all kinds of lovely things including their own bottled apple juice. They also have a fresh fish shop that the restaurants there buy from. We chose to eat at the Mexican restaurant (Nopa) where they make a decent paella, but the other restaurants look just as good, not to mention the large ice cream parlour which also has a children’s play area.
Yet again, thank you to Wellgate for a lovely week in a beautiful house with beautiful surroundings, such a boost for health and wellbeing’
